The European College of Sport Science (ECSS) and the universities of Bern and Lausanne invite you to the 11th Annual Congress of the ECSS in 5-08 July Lausanne 2006 - Switzerland. The ECSS is an international scientific society with members from 48 different countries dedicated to the collection, generation and dissemination of knowledge for sports and related sciences.
The aim of this Congress is to create a transdisciplinary forum for scientists and students from all fields of sport sciences. ECSS-Lausanne 2006 will reflect the state of the art in basic and applied sport sciences covering all facets of academic interest in the phenomenon of sport and its impact on the individual and on society.
ECSS-Lausanne 2006 will present an outstanding scientific program highlighting selected actual topics. However we would also like to invite you to visit Lausanne a charming city in a beautiful setting chosen by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the seat of the Olympic Movements.
